Payments

Visa and MasterCard are now accepted along with certified cheques and money orders. White Falls no longer ships items via COD.

Shipping & Returned Items

All order’s will be shipped by Canada Post and will be insured for the value of the item being sent. Once we have the tracking number of the shipment we will notify you by email. All shipping costs associated with returned and replaced items is the responsibility of the sender. A money order for the exact cost of the return shipment should be included with the item being returned. Should the cost of a returned item be reimbursed shipping and handling is not part of the refunded cost.

Shipping and handling fees for shipping one riflescope in Canada will be $20.00. Multiple riflescope orders shipping in Canada and other single or multiple destination items shipping outside of Canada will require a shipping rate from Canada Post.

Tax

Canadian Residents:

All items sold within the Province of Manitoba are subject to the 7% P.S.T. & 5% G.S.T. All other Provinces and Territories are subject to the 5% G.S.T. or the applicable H.S.T.. Residents of the U.S.A. or Europe do not pay any tax.

Customer Service

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days, in the original container with a copy of your original invoice. We will exchange your riflescope or issue a credit back to your Visa or MasterCard. or refund your money order minus the shipping costs your choice, guaranteed! Scopes that have been mounted to a firearm can not be returned.

Quality Statement

All items shipped to White Falls Hunting Supplies are pre-inspected prior to shipment from our vendors. When goods arrive at White Falls Hunting Supplies each item is re-inspected for quality. At re-inspection all items deemed as damaged are set aside and returned to their point of origin. All products are re-inspected prior to shipping.
